Double Time Offshore Fishing Charters always guarantees one thing - a fantastic time on the water. Join Captain Kevin, a Tampa Bay native who’s been fishing in the area his whole life. He spent the past 20 years guiding other people and taking them to the best fishing spots he could find. With an experienced guide like him, you’ll always have something new to learn, whether you’re a seasonal angler or a beginner.
Join Us On The Long Game
The adventure starts on the Long Game, an ultra big and comfortable 39’ SeaVee that accommodates up to 6 guests per Federal Guidelines. This completely refit and re-finished center console is the queen of the seas. She is powered by triple 350 hp Suzuki engines and reaches an impressive speed of 60 knots, offering the very best in a fast and safe ride. With her size and capabilities we can fish in weather conditions that smaller boats cannot! This boat has all of the equipment you’ll need for your day out - navigational electronics, trolling gear, a live bait tank, a cooler, life vests, safety gear, and a private toilet.
The species you catch depend on the trip you choose. If you take a short trip closer to the shore, you’ll get to go after Cobia, Kingfish, Mangrove Snapper, Hogfish and different types of Grouper. A few miles towards the deep, you’ll get a chance to catch larger Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, Tuna, Sailfish, Kingfish, occasionally Mahi Mahi, and many more.

Hop aboard one of the most comfortable and capable inshore / offshore boats ever engineered.
Built by Calcutta, the Short Game, with her state-of-the art CAT hull is equally capable in the skinny backwater shallows hunting down Snook, Redfish, Trout, and other shallow water stalkers; chasing down and bowing to the “Silver King” tarpon; or running mid-range offshore on a nice day going to play tug-of-war with Grouper, Snapper, AJ’s, American Red Snapper, Hogfish, Cobia, and many more blue water varieties!
